Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Director FP&A for a global high‑tech manufacturing company. You will own the full P&L and partner closely with operations, targeting candidates with 10+ years of finance experience in large, global settings.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, build robust reporting, and deliver modeling to guide strategic initiatives. Collaboration across finance and manufacturing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience in a large, global company preferred.
• Strong analytical skills including modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience supporting operations-focused or manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with ERP and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to provide financial insights for strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term outlooks.
• Build and maintain reporting and performance tracking for visibility into results.
• Deliver financial analysis and modeling to evaluate initiatives and trade-offs.
• Collaborate across finance and operations to support performance improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting in finance.
