Job summary

FCS Curtiss Wright Flow Control Service LLC in Aston, PA seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A, cost accounting, and financial analysis with high autonomy across the finance organization.

You will partner with General Manager, Operations, and Engineering leadership to shape strategic financial decisions, own the monthly forecast, and drive process improvements while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of progressive FP&A and/or cost accounting experience, with FP&A leadership experience prioritized.
• Five-plus years of leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to build and scale a team.
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required; government contracting or aerospace/defense experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated executive-level communication and presentation skills; comfortable representing finance to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership & Business Partnership with senior leadership, including bid and program risk reviews.
• Own the monthly forecasting process end-to-end and ensure forecast commitments are met.
• Lead the annual operating plan, budget, and long-range financial planning.
• Oversee cost accounting activities for manufacturing operations and GAAP inventory valuation.
• Build, lead, and develop a scalable FP&A/cost accounting team and drive automation.
