Job summary

Experian is seeking a senior FP&A leader to manage the consolidated FSD financial planning and analysis, strengthening reporting quality and performance tracking. You will guide AI-enabled forecasting enhancements and mentor a dedicated FP&A analyst in a collaborative, hub-based environment.

You will report to the Vice President, Finance, and reside in or near one of our collaboration hubs nationwide, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional partnership and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or related field with advanced credentials preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A or related finance experience including complex planning and reporting.
• 4+ years supervisory experience with coaching analysts.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and regional reporting.
• Experience using automation or BI and AI to improve forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for FSD.
• Consolidate inputs into a clear management view with risks and opportunities.
• Analyze results, KPIs, trends, and variances; develop scenarios for leadership.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements in forecasting, consolidation, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate inputs with leaders and coach the FP&A analyst.
