Eurofins USA Medical Devices seeks a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to own the organization’s financial performance and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership. You will deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making to support growth.

The role includes end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across the business. Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools; knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience in a client services or laboratory environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software such as Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning with department heads.
• Develop scalable financial models and KPI reporting for leadership insights.
• Drive working capital improvements including collections and cash flow optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to guide strategic decisions.
