Eurofins USA Medical Devices seeks a senior Finance Manager to own end-to-end financial performance and act as a strategic partner to leadership. The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, M&A support, and the design of disciplined collections processes to optimize cash flow.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Experience in a client services or laboratory environment is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; provide insights.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgets; build models; monitor performance against forecasts.
• Business Partnering & Strategic Support: Advise on decisions; collaborate across functions; present reporting packages.
