Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Sr. Manager of Operations FP&A to partner with the global supply chain leadership. You will lead planning, forecasting and analysis across procurement, installation, transport and service, translating data into actionable financial strategies.

The role reports to senior leadership, with a hybrid arrangement from our Rosemont, IL HQ. A strong background in FP&A, ERP, Excel and BI tools is expected, plus excellent communication and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA, CPA or CMA is a plus and highly valued.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, FP&A and supply chain exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the global supply chain network.
• Partner with global operations and supply chain teams to generate insights.
• Translate logistics data into actionable financial strategies to optimize costs.
• Support monthly close analytics, executive commentary and dashboards.
• Forecast domestic and international freight and optimize regional logistics.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive cost savings.
