Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead monthly forecasts, headcount planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will partner with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights and drive long-range scenarios in a high‑tech environment.

The role requires MBA or CPA, 8+ years in FP&A, and expertise in Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and alert leadership to risks and opportunities while promoting process

Qualifications

8+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, preferably in a high-tech company.
Expertise in general accounting, expense analysis and capital expenditure analysis.
Proficiency with Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, Excel and PowerPoint; AI in finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead accurate monthly forecasts and headcount planning to hit financial targets.
Prepare budgets and forecasts reviews, analyze trends and provide recommendations.
Report actual results and commentary on variances with the team.
Alert leadership to expenses, risks and opportunities.
Execute ad hoc analyses to support key business decisions.
Develop dashboards and reports using Anaplan and Excel.
Maintain KPIs and ensure data integrity in reporting.
Collaborate with accounting to ensure compliance in financial reporting.
