Affim is seeking a Bank Head of FP&A to guide the formation and growth of its Finance function. Reporting to the Bank CFO, you will own forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling, while building a high-impact team and partnering with cross-functional teams across Affim, Inc.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytical roles with impact on business outcomes.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ability to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Bank's strategic finance team with direction and coaching.
• Own end-to-end forecasting and budgeting processes aligning with goals.
• Develop robust financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Oversee capital stress testing and ongoing monitoring of key drivers.
• Provide performance insights and forward-looking analyses for leadership.
• Translate analyses into clear narratives for executive decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial workflows.
