Affim is building a Bank Head of FP&A as part of a pivotal growth cycle, reporting to the Bank CFO and guiding the formation and operation of the Bank’s finance function. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling, oversee capital stress testing, and partner with cross-functional teams on financial workflows in a remote-first environment with optional office access across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in analytical roles with impact on business outcomes.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Ability to operate with ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong business judgment linking analyses to strategic decisions at executive level.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Financial modeling proficiency; familiarity with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end forecasting and budget process, aligning with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for strategic planning and scenarios.
• Oversee capital stress testing and monitoring; validate inputs and drivers.
• Monitor performance vs forecasts, diagnose variances, and provide forward-looking insights.
• Provide decision support on strategic initiatives and translate analyses for executives.
