Job summary

Affim Bank is seeking a Bank Head of FP&A to lead the formation and build-out of the finance function during a pivotal growth phase. The role reports to the Bank CFO and focuses on forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and cross-functional financial workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytical roles with impact on outcomes
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong business judgment connecting analysis to strategy
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Financial modeling proficiency; familiarity with modeling tools and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with fintech, lending and payments business model preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank strategic finance team, setting direction and recruiting/coaching as we build the function
• Own end-to-end forecasting and budgeting aligned with startup goals
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for planning and forecasting
• Oversee capital stress testing and ongoing monitoring with cross-functional inputs
• Provide forward-looking insights and executive-ready narratives from analyses
• Partner with Affim, Inc. cross-functional teams to integrate financial workflows
