Affim seeks a Bank Head of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling as the Bank forms its foundational team. Reporting to the Bank CFO, you will drive the planning cycle, build scalable models, and partner with cross-functional teams on financial workflows.

You will guide analytics, capital stress testing, and performance reporting, enabling strategic decisions in a fast-paced startup environment with a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics or strategic finance with business impact.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and budgeting for the Bank.
• Develop robust financial models and scenario analysis.
• Oversee capital stress testing and monitoring.
• Provide strategic decision support with executive-ready narratives.
