Leidos Energy in Reston, Virginia, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting for a high-growth energy portfolio within Leidos. This hands-on leader will mentor a 4–5 person FP&A team, partner with VP FBO Energy and division leaders, drive analytics, automation, AI adoption, and ensure strong financial controls across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years FP&A experience, including leading a team.
• Experience supporting a large, complex $1B+ revenue organization.
• Demonstrated function in a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to translate data into executive insights.
• Familiarity with analytics, automation, and AI in FP&A.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting for the Energy business.
• Own management reporting and variance analysis for executive teams.
• Support executive reviews, operating reviews, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Partner with division leads to ensure forecast accuracy across programs.
• Modernize FP&A through analytics, automation, and AI adoption.
• Analyze portfolio performance and flag risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure strong financial controls in collaboration with Accounting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a 4–5 person FP&A team.
