Job summary

Ives & Associates is seeking a strategic FP&A leader to drive financial analysis, planning, performance management, and decision support across our consumer-packaged goods portfolio.

The ideal candidate partners with executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to accelerate profitable growth, improve visibility, and ensure accountability. This is a highly visible role with senior exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership in a packaged goods/CPG environment.
• Strong understanding of CPG financial drivers including trade spend, customer P&Ls, gross-to-net analyses, pricing, and promotions.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams; advanced financial modeling and analytics.
• Strong systems experience with ERP, forecasting, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning, including annual operating plan, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to develop growth strategies, profitability improvements, and investment priorities.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making and drive accountability.
• Develop KPIs across brands, customers, channels, and product categories; monitor margin and GTN/trade spend.
