Allianz Technology seeks an experienced Finance Principal FP&A to drive financial reporting, planning and forecasting. You will partner with local and parent leadership to deliver actionable insights, create forecasts, budgets, and support management decisions across multiple departments.

The role emphasizes governance of FP&A activities, collaboration with finance partners, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or financial business partner role.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
• Understanding of enterprise finance and accounting processes.
• Ability to present and communicate finance language effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent critical thinking, Excel and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated with accountability for role.
• Understanding of IT and SAP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders and finance business partners.
• Lead strategic planning.
• Manage KPIs and financial controls.
• Act as strategic advisor.
• Perform financial modeling.
• Meet deadlines for financial reporting, management and budget planning cycles.

• Promote continuous improvement within FP&A.
• Provide financial reporting to local and international leadership.
• Support forecasting activities.
• Advise ATA Support functions.
