Job summary

Aon Corporation in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning. You will collaborate with Corporate Finance, Controllership, Tax, Governance, and Sales/Brokers, Operations/Accounting, HR and other functions to align financial goals with business priorities.

You will drive monthly forecasting, prepare executive presentations, and ensure data integrity while promoting continuous improvement through automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years FP&A experience (forecasting, planning and analysis).
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Workday GL and TM1 a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
• Analyze monthly forecast results to support strategy.
• Ensure data integrity and clear communication of financial concepts.
• Coordinate SOX controls and external audits.
• Drive process improvements through automation and standardization.
• Partner with Finance and other functions to align financial goals.
