This role emphasizes forward-looking models, scenario analysis, and automation to deliver rapid, high-quality insights—moving beyond traditional reporting to predictive intelligence for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of FP&A experience with ownership of a full planning cycle.
• Experience with predictive modeling tools (Python, R, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial management, planning, systems, and controls for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting as a strategic partner on process improvements and initiatives.
• Build rolling 13-week cash and revenue forecasts with actuals and weekly refinements.
• Develop and maintain financial models for short-term and long-range planning.
