Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking a Senior Manager for our FP&A team to own revenue budgeting and forecasting in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The role requires partnering with sales and marketing leaders to deliver accurate monthly results, budgets, and forecasts, while driving ROI discussions, KPI tracking, and comp plan reviews. Hybrid role with in-office work in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A leadership in a fast-growing company.
• Experience forecasting revenue for SaaS/recurring revenue models.
• Proven ability to partner with sales and marketing to drive budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to deliver monthly results with budgets.

Fast growing SaaS company in the cybersecurity space seeks a Senior Manager in their FP&A department to oversee their sales and marketing revenue forecasting process.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in office in the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area

Responsibilities include:

• Budgeting and and forecasting for the company's revenue related metrics
• Working closely with sales and marketing leaders to deliver their monthly results with budgets
• Discuss ROI, KPI's comp plan review and forecasting
• Help implement system and process improvements around the budget process
• Competitive analysis

Qualified candidates should have management level experience in an FP&A position, working with sales and marketing leaders to create top-line budgets and forecasts. SaaS/tech industry experience preferred.
