Job summary

Arizona Athletic Grounds is seeking an FP&A Analyst to modernize how we capture, model, and report financial and operational performance from Mesa, AZ. The role reports to the VP of Accounting and will own the monthly roll-forward of the FP&A model, drive the annual budget and reforecast process, and partner with departments to translate data into actionable insights.

The successful candidate will automate reporting, build dashboards, and present findings to finance leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CFA a plus.
2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting experience.
Experience supporting or owning budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting processes.
Experience building or maintaining financial models, dashboards, or automated reporting tools.
Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or multi-site operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain AI-assisted workflows to capture key metrics from source systems into a single reporting layer.
Develop automated reporting processes to replace manual spreadsheet pulls.
Use AI to draft variance commentary and flag anomalies for month-end close.
Maintain and enhance company dashboards and build new ones as lines and revenues expand.
Own the monthly FP&A model and consolidate actuals with rolling forecasts.
