Job summary

Quandela is seeking an FP&A Team Lead in Massy, France (remote options). This lead role sits in the General & Administration team and focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide growth.

You will collaborate with department heads to build financial models, present insights, and drive efficiency in a high-tech environment with exposure to the quantum stack.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years in FP&A, preferably in high-tech or deeptech.
• Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
• Develop financial models reflecting operational performance with heads of departments.
• Prepare executive-level budget and financial outlook presentations.
• Analyze data and deliver insights to drive efficiency and growth.
• Support ERP implementation and process automation initiatives.
