Job summary

Quantinuum, a leading quantum computing company, is seeking a Director of FP&A in Broomfield, CO. This hands-on leadership role owns revenue planning, long-range financial planning, and the company’s planning architecture.

You will partner with Commercial Finance, operations, and executives to forecast the top line and shape tools and data used by the CFO, Board, and senior leadership. The position reports to the Head of FP&A and focuses on building robust planning processes, integrating

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree minimum
10+ years FP&A experience including revenue forecast ownership
U.S. Person status due to contractual requirements
Public-company experience with guidance/board reporting preferred
Experience with revenue models alongside hardware/contract revenue
Advanced Excel and financial modeling; able to explain findings to senior leaders

Responsibilities

Own consolidated revenue forecast including backlog conversion and pipeline collaboration
Lead multi-year integrated financial plan (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and scenario modeling
Design reporting for executives and the Board with a single source of truth
Oversee workforce planning linked to HR data and hiring plans
