LHH is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A-Tech to serve as the finance business partner supporting Technology and IT leadership. This role leads financial planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and decision support for technology organizations while aligning spending with business strategy and long-term value creation.

The ideal candidate has strong FP&A expertise with experience supporting technology teams and translating complex investments into clear insights for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 5–10 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience supporting technology or digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Technology and Digital organizations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for headcount, labor, cloud, software investments, capex, and operating expenses.
• Partner with Technology leadership to evaluate investment priorities and optimize resource allocation.
• Analyze monthly financial performance and explain variances vs budget and forecast.
• Provide recommendations to improve spending efficiency while supporting tech initiatives.
• Perform ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, and cost-benefit analyses for strategic investments.
• Monitor post-implementation financial performance to ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Prepare executive-level presentations communicating investment rationale and risks.
