Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and modeling.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP and BI tools.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and drivers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, long-range planning, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting with variance analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and allocate resources.
• Develop integrated financial models and business cases for initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities and quantify potential impacts.
• Improve forecast accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
• Support executive and board materials with concise insights.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy of results and reporting.
• Establish consistent performance-management practices and document methodologies.
