Global Payments is seeking a Financial Analyst Specialist to join its FP&A team in a hybrid role. You will lead forecasting, financial analysis, and data management across the organization, partnering with various functions to drive planning and reporting.

The position requires 7+ years in financial analysis within the payments industry and a strong grasp of GAAP and revenue accounting. You will own the end-to-end forecasting process, develop governance, and produce regular reports for

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management within the payments industry.
• Revenue accounting experience.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement forecasting models to predict financial performance.
• Own forecasting process from end-to-end.
• Establish processes and governance structures.
• Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations.
• Track revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actual to forecasted figures, and making necessary adjustments.
• Other related duties as needed.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular financial reports to keep leadership informed about key metrics and financial health.
• Leverage advanced analytics to enhance performance reporting and support data-driven decision-making.
