Job summary

Orthofix, based in Lewisville, TX, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A Operations, to own global operations reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will partner with cost accounting and manufacturing to improve accuracy, build dashboards, and influence senior leaders with fact-based insights.

The role requires 6–10+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong modeling, data visualization, and executive communication skills. Hybrid work is offered at a Lewisville site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years in FP&A, operations finance, cost accounting, or related areas.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytics, and data visualization using Excel and related tools.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to present to senior leaders.
• Experience building automated reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive FP&A for Global Operations; forecast, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Lead on-site finance partner for Operations leadership at a hybrid site.
• Develop models to forecast business outcomes and support budgeting and strategic planning.
• Improve accruals accuracy, reserve adjustments, and cost accounting processes.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility into manufacturing & supply chain.
• Provide actionable insights to senior management and cross-functional partners.
