Responsibilities

• Own FP&A for Global Operations: reporting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Partner with cost accounting to improve accruals and reserves.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting for operations.
• Develop models forecasting business outcomes and cost drivers.
• Create dashboards and reports to improve visibility of manufacturing and supply chain KPIs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Distribution, and Manufacturing.
• Provide analysis for monthly close and journal entries as needed.
• Support budget, forecast, and strategic plan updates.
