Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Associate on its Corporate Finance team to own planning, forecasting, and analysis for total compensation across Uber's global workforce. You will partner with Compensation, Equity, Benefits, and People teams to test assumptions behind our compensation cost base and translate them into the consolidated forecast used by leadership.

You will also manage the forecast for headcount-driven costs, model dilution, and align close, accruals, and variance analysis with Accounting

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in finance/FP&A.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with driver-based modeling.
• Experience with GAAP, FP&A, or equity/compensation analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and execution speed.

Responsibilities

• Own the compensation and SBC forecast across annual, quarterly, and monthly cycles.
• Model dilution, share count, and related financial metrics with accounting/treasury.
• Partner with People org to price compensation cycles and validate data consistency.
• Prepare materials for executive reviews and drive process automation.
