Siemens Energy is seeking a Financial Digital Transformation Specialist to join the Grid Technologies Service North America team in a hybrid role. You will bridge Finance, Commercial Operations, and Digitalization to transform financial and commercial data management and reporting.

The role focuses on identifying process improvements, building data-driven solutions, and deploying digital tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and business performance across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, business analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and commercial business processes. Experience with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data modeling. Experience with Power BI.
Experience leading process improvement, change management, or digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and translate into scalable digital solutions with stakeholders.
Develop dashboards and performance metrics for revenue, margin, cash flow, backlog, forecasting, and operational performance.
Support implementation of SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and automation tools.
Improve data quality, governance, and master data management.
Create training materials and drive change management.
Measure value realization through KPIs and support NA initiatives.
