Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance role within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and controlling activities including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, KPI monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Manage month-end and year-end close with accurate reporting and IFRS compliance.
• Prepare recurring reports on headcount, cost centers, and key business metrics with actionable insights for management.
• Support internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reporting capabilities.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing modern reporting tools and automation.
