Job summary

Siemens in Minneapolis-St. Paul is hiring a Financial Analyst to support month-end closes, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Grid Software portfolio. This hybrid role requires you to live in the market for in-person collaboration at the Minnetonka office.

You will gain exposure to SAP project maintenance, invoicing, tax withholdings, and cost transfers while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. A finance/accounting degree and internship experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business required (must have graduated).
• Previous internship experience in finance, accounting, or business.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically / internationally.
• Ability to start immediately in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Process sales orders and bookings; manage SAP project maintenance.
• Support CPMs on commercial topics related to portfolios.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
