The Senior Financial Analyst interprets complex financial data, drives budgets/forecasts, monitors metrics, and provides variance analysis as a trusted business partner across the organization. This role supports a period of transformation and balances recurring duties with evolving needs, with fully remote work.

Qualifications

• FP&A principles including budgeting, rolling forecasts, budgets and variance analysis.
• Understanding of GAAP, general ledger structures, and how debits/credits affect financial statements.
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with budgeting systems (Netsuite Planning and Budgeting, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc).
• Ability to exercise sound business judgment, prioritize competing responsibilities, and handle confidential data.
• Strong communication skills to translate financial information into meaningful insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred.
• ~4–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting.
• Some national and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform actual to budget variance analysis highlighting risks & opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial dashboards and commentary for executives.
• Drive process improvements across budgeting and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models and support scenario planning.
• Ensure accuracy and data integrity in reports and dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and validate financial/operational info for budgets/forecasts.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
