Public Library of Science is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to translate complex financial data for internal audiences and lead the annual budget and forecasts. You will drive analysis, build models, and provide insights as part of a broad transformation within the organization.

The role emphasizes partnering with teams across the organization, ensuring accuracy, and supporting strategic business decisions in a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with budgeting/planning systems (NetSuite, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive).
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial dashboards and commentary for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive budgeting processes and forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial models and support scenario planning.
• Ensure data integrity in all reports and dashboards.
