Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and build the financial infrastructure to scale the business. You will own forecasting, planning, and close processes while driving improvements across data integrity and tooling.

The role demands forward-thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to challenge existing processes with practical, scalable solutions. Strong collaboration with Accounting and business units is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial operations, business finance, finance transformation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts and FP&A processes.
• Ability to take an ambiguous or inefficient process, understand it end to end, and drive it toward a practical solution.
• Experience building or scaling Finance processes and infrastructure in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes across Finance, Accounting, tooling, and operational teams.
• Proactively identify process gaps, unclear ownership, and emerging challenges, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Drive improvements across cost allocation, data flows, revenue and COGS processes, and other workflows.
• Partner with Finance tooling owner to translate needs into automation and tooling improvements.
• Own FP&A month-end close cadence and coordinate deliverables across FP&A and Accounting.
