Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and help build the financial infrastructure needed to support scale. This role crosses FP&A, Accounting, and Finance tooling to improve how Finance plans, closes, structures data, and operates as the company grows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related fields, demonstrates an ability to tackle ambiguous processes, and delivers practical, scalable solutions with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial operations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts and FP&A processes.
• Ability to take an ambiguous or inefficient process and drive a practical solution.
• Ability to anticipate problems and bring recommendations rather than wait for direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes across Finance, Accounting, tooling, and operational teams.
• Proactively identify process gaps, unclear ownership, and emerging challenges, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Drive improvements across cost allocation, data flows, revenue, and COGS processes; clarify ownership.
• Partner with Finance tooling owners to translate needs into automation and tooling improvements.
• Support larger Finance transformation initiatives (organizational changes, new units, system implementations).
