Kimberly-Clark, a global leader in consumer brands, invites you to join as Finance Manager – Corporate FP&A at the Dallas World Headquarters. You’ll drive quarterly forecasts, annual plans, and strategic planning, partnering with Senior leaders to deliver insights that shape the enterprise.

In this role you will own the Anaplan forecast process, consolidate results, validate assumptions, and prepare management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting.
• Experience consolidating enterprise-level forecasts and P&Ls.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecast consolidation.
• Own Anaplan forecast consolidation process.
• Validate forecast assumptions and ensure accuracy.
• Engage with BU and Corporate teams for coordination.
• Deliver monthly management reports and analytics.
• Support quarterly earnings processes and investor relations materials.
