• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Eight years in finance/FP&A with law firm or professional services preferred.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL skills for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy with models and scenario analysis.
• Create dashboards and analytics for leadership and offices.
• Lead day-to-day finance team activities and coaching.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly variance analyses vs budget.
• Streamline reporting and automate processes with BI tools.
