Job summary

M3 Insurance seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and analytics. You will partner with executives to provide actionable insights, oversee financial modeling, and drive finance modernization.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing FP&A team, governance, and scalable processes while promoting data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive FP&A and financial analysis experience.
• Experience leading or developing a team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and profitability analysis skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executives.
• Familiarity with BI platforms such as Workday Adaptive Insights or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and financial modeling.
• Partner with executives to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex financial information into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee profitability reviews and performance measurement.
• Advance planning platforms, automation, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Coach and develop FP&A team members and promote data governance.
