Waymo, a leader in autonomous driving technology based in Mountain View, CA, seeks an exceptionally seasoned FP&A leader. You will own executive reporting, design the data systems landscape, and drive standardized, scalable financial processes that underpin strategic decisions.

This role requires 15–20+ years in corporate finance/FP&A, deep P&L knowledge in mobility tech, and hands-on modeling. You’ll partner with engineering and finance teams to automate reporting and deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Data querying proficiency; SQL preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of P&Ls in ride-share, hardware, or mobility tech.
• Ability to build 3-statement financial models and cash flow models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Executive Reporting Pillar: manage leadership reviews, build slides, coordinate with FP&A.
• Shape the Finance Data & Systems agenda; define business requirements for managerial reporting solutions.
• Collaborate on Managerial Reporting: optimize reporting on contribution margin and unit economics; drive automation.
• Execute Complex Modeling & Analytics: build cash flow models and pull data for executive materials.
