Job summary

Waymo, a leader in autonomous driving technology, seeks a senior FP&A leader to own executive reporting, design a single source of truth for finance data, and optimize managerial reporting. You will drive modeling, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Engineering/IT.

You bring 15+ years in corporate finance, strong SQL/data querying skills, and a track record building multi-statement financial models.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 15–20+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, Corporate Finance, or analytical business environment.
• Data querying with SQL preferred to pull financial reports and manipulate large datasets.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience supporting leadership reviews and cross-functional follow-ups.
• Solid financial knowledge with understanding of P&Ls in mobility technology businesses.
• Proven ability to build 3-statement financial models and cash flow models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Executive Reporting Pillar: manage executive/investor reporting and build slides and narratives.
• Shape the Finance Data & Systems Agenda: align FP&A with IT to create a single source of truth.
• Collaborate on Managerial Reporting: support contribution margin, unit economics, and automated reporting.
• Execute Complex Modeling & Analytics: build cash flow models from scratch and deliver high-impact exec materials.
