Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Analysis and Executive Support to partner with the ELT and CFO across FP&A disciplines. The role focuses on value-added analytics, executive-level storytelling, and forecast/budgeting coordination.

The ideal candidate will have deep FP&A experience, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and Anaplan. This position supports planning, reporting, and continuous improvement across the finance organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting; MBA/MS preferred.
• Strong executive communication skills; ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate executive needs into actionable reporting.
• High urgency and rigorous attention to detail to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong project and process management skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience with SAP and ability to synthesize ERP structures with management reporting.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting tools (Essbase, SAC, AFO) and planning systems (Anaplan).
• Mastery of MS Excel and PowerPoint; ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting with KPI evaluation and variance explanations.
• Prepare executive presentations for US Executive Team and Board reviews; monthly results reporting.
• Analyze headcount, personnel costs, and fringe rate; collaborate with HR for forecasting.
• Support finance process improvements and development of long-range planning models.
• Monitor department expenses to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate performance drivers and opportunities to senior management.
