Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Analysis and Executive Support to drive executive-level analytics, forecasting, and budget processes.

You will partner with ELT, CFO, and FP&A leaders to deliver insights and strategic financial guidance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance with FP&A and accounting experience, plus strong skills in SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/MS preferred.
• 5+ years of diverse Finance experience including FP&A and Accounting.
• Pharma or life sciences experience is preferred.
• Strong executive communication; ability to tell financial stories.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budget and forecasting with KPI reviews and explanations.
• Prepare executive presentations for US Executives and Board reviews.
• Provide financial scenario analyses and total cost of ownership insights.
• Analyze headcount, personnel costs and fringe rate with HR collaboration.
• Support long-range strategic planning and FP&A process improvements.
• Monitor department expenses and drive efficiency and cost reduction.
• Deliver data-driven insights using SAP, Anaplan, SAC, and Power BI.
