Alterra Mountain Company in Denver seeks a Senior Analyst, Enterprise FP&A to own the enterprise planning cycle, manage budget, forecast, and the 5-Year Long Range Plan, and prepare analyses for the executive team and board.

This role offers visibility across destinations, collaboration with senior leadership, and the opportunity to influence capital decisions and strategic initiatives in a fast-growing mountain-adventure company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate development, private equity, or investment banking.
• Ability to present to executives and boards with clarity.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor relations processes and quarterly reporting to the board.
• Own the 5-Year Long Range Plan and capex prioritization modeling.
• Drive monthly/quarterly reporting, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity reviews.
