DPR Construction is seeking a finance leader to oversee accounting, FP&A, and consolidated financial reporting across multiple projects and business units.

You will partner with regional leadership to drive forecasts, variance analyses, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making while ensuring strong internal controls and audits; CCIFP or CPA qualifications are preferred and leadership experience is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 9+ years of accounting, FP&A or related experience required.
• 2–4 years in a managerial capacity required.

Mansioni

• Prepares and reviews monthly financial results, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Partners with regional leadership to evaluate financial performance and risks.
• Manages and develops project accounting staff.
• Reviews project cost reports, backlog, billing, and cash flow for variances.
• Leads business planning, forecasts, and analysis of key financial assumptions.
