AgroFresh Inc. is seeking a Director of Planning & Performance Management (FP&A) to lead finance planning and analytics for our global operations.

The role partners with senior executives across regions, operations, R&D, and treasury to deliver actionable insights and drive value. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in finance and strong experience interacting with C-suite, with a track record of building high-performing FP&A teams and delivering accurate, proactive strategic guidance for volatile

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced finance education considered an asset.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in business finance and operations.
• Experience with agriculture, ingredients, and specialty chemicals manufacturing preferred.
• Private equity experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated interaction with C-suite executives, board, and investors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with timely advisory capability.
• Keen attention to detail and data-driven judgment.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A to develop analytics and drive strategic decision support.
• Build and retain a high-performing FP&A team across regions.
• Own end-to-end cash flow modeling integrated with financial statements.
• Deliver actionable executive materials for management and lenders.
• Design scalable FP&A processes, systems, and BI tools.
• Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasts.
• Identify working capital improvements and cash position enhancements.
• Conduct financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and new opportunities.
