Grafana Labs seeks a Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to build and scale the Corporate FP&A function as the company enters its next growth phase. This fully remote leadership role owns long-range planning, annual planning, consolidated P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow forecasting, and executive/Board reporting.

You will partner with Finance and business leaders, translating performance into insights to drive fast, informed decisions, and you will lead a high-performing team while enabling scalable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance/Corporate Finance or related disciplines
• Experience at a leading technology company
• SaaS/enterprise software sector experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Own consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting
• Lead executive and Board reporting with clear commentary
• Build KPI and reporting architecture for leadership and investors
• Develop and refine Corporate FP&A operating rhythms and processes
• Partner with Accounting and Tax to support month-end close and flux reviews
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team and support M&A diligence as needed
