Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to provide strategic financial leadership across a rapidly growing, multi-unit organization. The role reports to the C-Suite and partners with Operations and Brand Leadership to translate performance into actionable strategy.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A within large multi-site environments, with 5+ years leading finance professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience within large, multi-site organizations.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing and developing finance professionals.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning, and executive reporting.
• Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Direct enterprise FP&A activities including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic financial analysis.
• Develop revenue forecasts across multiple channels (in-store, drive-thru, curbside, delivery, digital).
• Collaborate with Operations, Brand Leadership, and executives to set financial goals and strategy.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for market expansion and new-unit development.
• Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to inform executive decisions.
• Improve forecasting accuracy related to incentive compensation and enterprise initiatives.
• Analyze trends to identify risks, growth opportunities, and revenue optimization methods.
• Present insights, recommendations, and performance results to senior leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop FP&A team; strengthen planning capabilities.
• Enhance FP&A processes, reporting, analytics, and BI tools.
