Andela is seeking a Director of FP&A to shape how we plan, invest, and decide as we scale. You will own the end-to-end financial planning engine and partner across the company to bring clarity to complex decisions.

Lead the annual plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, while building frameworks for capital allocation and growth initiatives. Transform data into strategic insights for executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance in high-growth SaaS.
• 2+ years of people management.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with modern FP&A tools.
• Strong storytelling and the ability to influence executive audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own the full three-statement corporate model and scenario planning architecture.
• Lead annual plans and monthly rolling forecasts through executive review and Board approval.
• Own the monthly business review to diagnose financial health and forward-looking implications.
• Build capital allocation frameworks to evaluate growth initiatives and tradeoffs.
• Develop unit economics, cohort analyses, and scenario planning for optimization.
• Partner with GTM, Data, and RevOps on revenue forecasting and risk identification.
• Prepare investor-ready narratives linking financials to strategy.
• Manage one Finance Business Partner.
