Andela seeks a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, modeling, and strategic storytelling for a high-growth tech organization. You will own the three-statement model, rolling forecasts, and board-ready narratives, partnering with executives and functional leaders to drive disciplined growth.

You thrive in ambiguity, build scalable processes, and coach a Finance Business Partner while shaping the finance function as Andela scales globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance with high-growth B2B tech or SaaS experience.
• 2+ years of people management leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional storytelling to distill insights for executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate financial model including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and scenario planning.
• Lead end-to-end planning cycles: annual plan, rolling forecasts, long-range plan.
• Own monthly business review to diagnose financial health and drivers.
• Build capital allocation frameworks and business cases for growth initiatives.
• Develop unit economics and scenario analyses to guide decisions.
• Partner with GTM, Data, and RevOps on revenue forecasting and risks.
• Prepare investor-ready narratives linking performance to strategy.
• Manage one Finance Business Partner.
