Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Sr. Director, Retail FP&A to lead Merchandise Finance in a high-visibility role reporting directly to our CFO. You will own FP&A for Merchandise/Retail, Channels & Business Development, and Marketing, partnering with C-level executives to design and execute the retail merchandise plan.

Lead a team of FP&A professionals, build scalable models, and stay hands-on with data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools. Previous retail or ecommerce finance experience required.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in business, finance, or accounting.
• 5+ years leading FP&A teams, ideally building and scaling a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite to build retail merchandise plan and financial models.
• Own FP&A across Merchandise/Retail, Channels & BD, and Marketing; track performance against plan.
• Identify KPIs, surface drivers and trends, and drive value.
• Lead a team of FP&A managers and analysts (~5).
• Stay hands-on with data using SQL and BI tools.
