Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to power the Marketplace Fulfillment business. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, build advanced financial models, and drive profitable growth in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

You will own forecasting, analytics, and the cost-to-serve framework while delivering auditable insights to inform executive decisions. This is a self-directed, analytical leadership role in a growing ecommerce company.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of FP&A, strategy or analytics in ecommerce, marketplace or fulfillment-adjacent environments.
• Expert SQL and Excel; strong Power BI capabilities (data modeling, DAX).
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Proven builder of scalable economics models, quoting frameworks and guardrails.
• Exceptional communicator and business partner to translate analyses to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-deal financial analytics with right-to-win screens and unit economics models.
• Model assortment decisions by ROI, sell-through, cost-to-serve and profitability.
• Own and scale the quoting engine with auditable cost-to-serve models.
• Compare quoted economics to actuals and refine models and playbooks.
• Provide end-to-end visibility by partnering with cross-functional teams.
