Job summary

Valeris is seeking an accomplished FP&A leader to own the PSS business unit financials, forecast models, and performance insights. You will partner with senior operational leaders to drive margin improvement and data-driven decisions.

This role combines hands-on execution with strategic influence in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. You will build and scale FP&A processes, manage a contractor and eventual FP&A Analyst, and champion automation to reduce manual effort while preserving accuracy

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or similar experience.
• Ownership of financials for a complex business unit.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with attention to detail.
• Experience building or managing small, high-impact teams.
• Strong communication and business-partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financials for the PSS business unit (Hub & Copay).
• Lead forecast models and monthly Budget vs. Actual analyses; explain drivers.
• Improve forecast accuracy and transparency; provide insights on risks and opportunities.
• Scale FP&A processes; automate reporting with the FP&A team and tools.
